As HR Director, Melissa Faas is responsible for compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, regulatory compliance and policy and procedure development. As Treasurer, she oversees management of financial affairs. Melissa started her career at Rational as Controller in 2008.
Prior to joining Rational Enterprise, Melissa worked at Crown Castle USA as the Project Manager on their New York State Contract. She graduated from Siena College with a degree in Finance. She also received her Master’s in Public Administration from Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy.
